Before making a gut reaction and condemning the whole thing...a few questions:
- How much is the IOC willing to chip in?
- Have they forecasted how much money they'll make/lose at the end of the day?
- Have they qualified the "benefits" the public sees in visitors/taxes/etc appropriately?
