Maybe I missed something, but I don't think the settlement has actually been finalized? Jimmy seems to be celebrating that it's going to be finalized -- but there's a season finale episode still. I think if Jimmy actually ever got the Sandpiper money, he wouldn't have continued practicing law.
Or maybe he pissed it all away on an epic weekend bender. We'll see!

That's an interesting take on the events of last episode. I'm not sure Jimmy or HHM is really working for the best interests of the clients at this point - Jimmy wants a quick cash in, HHM wants a protracted gravy train. You could argue that going either way (settling now vs. litigating for a potentially larger court decision) is in the clients' best interest. But maybe I'm being too hard on Jimmy and he really was thinking of the seniors (at least at first).
