I think Mangiapane has a ton of value, it may be worth considering moving him while there is demand on that type of player at that point in his career without running the risk of said development plateau'ing.

But why do you think Phillips should be moved before Mangiapane if it ever came to it?
One thing i really like about Mangiapane is his speed. The Flames don't really have a burner in the lineup. Mangiapane is exactly that. If he starts the year off well in Stockton, i could see him being a regular with the Flames by year end. He could be a Conor Sheary type of player for the Flames if everything goes well.
