Well at least he actually answers the questions presented. I have another for you. One of Baker's biggest problems with Biden's plan was how it affected urban settings that were multidiverse. How does Baker's plan affect this? Also, the issue of Baghdad being where the centralized gov't is how does that city work? Is it going to be like Cold war era Berlin?
