no... no.. it doens't beg that question... the flames do a lot around calgary already.. they can hardly be called out for not doing enough.. it could just be no one thought of it, didn't think of it.. until backlund. hopefully when or if backlund moves on it continues.. it's a good move.. we shouldn't look at a positive decision by someone and use it to wonder why another person or group didn't... that's really backwards to me..
