I'm not sure if this is a trick or a fluke, but when the main Mario Odyssey product page loads, the "add to cart" button is bright green and seemingly enabled before the page fully loads. Once the page loads, it drops lower on the screen, turns lighter green, and is disabled.
Try reloading and clicking on the "add to cart" button repeatedly before it drops down and fades to see if it adds. If not, reload a few more times and try again. You might be able to add it to your cart, and once it is in there, you might have better luck.
Edit: Using the above trick, I was able to get another one into my cart, but it won't let me check out because it says it is out of stock. I think that if you can get one in your cart, you can just refresh the checkout page and when (if?) if becomes in stock again, you're just one click away from submitting it.
