I'm not sure trivial is the right word. But you're right in that it's not massive.
For example, let's say of those 75,000 people, it represents about 18,000 homes (aggressive? maybe). Anyway at an average of $2,000 /yr property tax that's like $36,000,000. So not trivial I would say. That's like 3/4 of Lethbridge.
