I echo the earlier comment, Devil's Tower was the best of all three. Great road trip, did that one with my wife before we had kids. Stopped in Yellowstone as well, one of my favourite trips ever.
If you're a mountain biker, go to Moab. For two weeks. Even on non ride days, you can see Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, Monument Valley, Four Corners, Mesa Verde isn't far away. I love the southwest.
