Should be noted that the NMC clause for Fleury is a modified and not full. Essentially it is a limited no trade clause where he selects 18 teams each year. The NMC portion is just there so he can't be sent to the minors. So a NTC with a bit more pull rather than a full NMC. Unfortunately for Pittsburgh the language for the expansion draft requires him to be categorized as a full NMC.
