Did all three on my ride. Devils Tower was definitely the best of the three. Try and get the campground inside the park. And the breakfast at the little restaurant just outside the park entrance was amazing. One of the most photogenic hunks of rock you'll ever see. It didn't disappoint. Make sure you have a day to spend.
