That should honestly be the only litmus test. Think about how hard that is to find that - a competent, non-corrupt and non-bigotted leader of our city, province or country in the past 30 years? 
 In federal politics...I can't think of a single one. We're just all happy their not too corrupt and sufficiently competent.In Alberta, maybe Jim Prentice?In Calgary, maybe Al Duerr?
