The oilers acquire a top 4 D means they expose Larson, Klefbom or Sekera. The flames acquire a top 4 D and they lose one of the obvious 3.
The only reason the isles are looking at moving one of those 2 is because they will get claimed - hence they will need to be moved before the exp. Draft.

If the Oilers moved Eberle they could go the 4-4-1 route easily
