Some fans think goal scoring wingers are among the most valuable commodities hockey but most teams choose to build up the middle and prioritize centres and dmen over them. I mean the elite ones like Laine and Ovi will obviously go very high but the averages sized ones or ones with question marks on their complete game often fall.

I don't disagree.
I was simply stating that Tippett would be a phenomenal selection for our organization at 16 in my opinion for a variety of different reasons. I don't anticipate he drops that far regardless of the factors you mentioned but as you mentioned it has happened before.
