It ain't global consensus, but the other leaders of the G7 are moving forward (as predicted) in their support of the Paris Accord.

Pretty hard to believe that any nations could do anything with the United States. I mean, how many have endorsed the IPCC report, without the United States, and are taking appropriate steps to try and keep the planet habitable for humans. You can't do this type of stuff without the United States!
