Egypt: 3.5
Pakistan: 3.6
Indonesia 2.5
Now some non-Muslim developing countries in Asia:
India: 2.3
Vietnam: 1.9
Thailand: 1.5
The birth rates in Muslim-majority countries are going down. Just not as fast as in the rest of the developing world (outside sub-Saharan Africa), and they started at extremely high rates to begin with.
