Thinks NJ will only get a pick in return for Kovalchuk in a sign and trade. Probably won't be a 1st, likely a 2nd or 3rd.
Kovalchuk will be asking for $6-$7 million per year. Points out that the deal he retired from would have paid Kovalchuk $21 million over the next 3 years.
