No, that is not correct.

The President is immune in regards to actions undertaken in the course of carrying out the Presidential functions.

The President is not immune in regards to actions that are not Presidential functions.

Thus, if Trump were to jump out of his motorcade, grab a pistol from a Secret Service agent, and mortally shoot protesters standing on the corner, Trump would most certainly face murder charges.
