In order for Trump to be impeached, you need a majority of the House to vote on Articles of Impeachment (file charges) and then you need a two-thirds majority (67 members) of the Senate to convict.
If Trump doesn't finish his term it will be due to him resigning, illness, or death, not actual impeachment.
Though, if Democrats win the House in 2018 I could see Articles of Impeachment brought against him, though I can't imagine the Senate actually convicting. Also, I'd be in favor of that move as simply a means to slow down the Trump Agenda and force the Administration's attention to the Impeachment proceedings instead of passing wildly insane EO's and nominating Jim Crow-holdouts like Sessions.
