I think we all HOPE no matter who we get that goalie does well.
The question though is who do you WANT? Which would imply who do you think would have the best chance to succeed. Gilies with less than 50 AHL games and only 1 NHL game probably doesn't give people much confidence being the starter next season. Down the road? Sure maybe, but he's still got a lot to prove.
