I had that happen to me last summer - was pulling my kid home in the chariot, sucking wind (plus it was a blustery, rainy day) and decide to pop into the Bike Shop to get a top up of air since the tire looked low. Was sitting around 25 PSI as well. The last three blocks home after that were almost joyful.
