I was thinking about the specifics of the expansion draft rules, and the fact that every team needs to expose a minimum of one goalie who's eligible for the draft and either under contract for next season or an RFA on July 1.

Right now, every team in the league has at least one goalie who meets the exposure rules, and every team except the Flames have a veteran under contract for next season who they'll likely protect.

The exposure requirement is a wrinkle in any possible trades that Flames might try to make. For example, if the Pens trade either Fleury or Murray, they won't have a goalie to expose.

That made me curious as to which teams have more than one exposure-eligible goalie in their systems. These are the teams who are more likely to be a potential trade partner with the Flames before the expansion draft. None of them jump out at me as a player I'd be excited to see as the Flames' starter next season.
