I can be fined under the bylaws if I bring it up to my unit.
I don't really have a choice but to store it in our parking area. My husband's bike was stolen last fall because we were stupid about the way we locked the bikes up (really bad bike rack prevented us from getting the ULock around the frame), I've now moved my bike to a place where I can get a secure lock with my ULock and cable (which I know isn't infallible, but it's better than the way i had it locked up before).
