Nothing like GOP logic. The "pro-life" party of "family values."

Only they don't want you to have access to contraception to avoid unwanted pregnancies, because abortion is sin. But they also don't want you to have time off of work to deal with that pregnancy, nor for the birth of the baby, nor for the crucial early months of said baby's life. They also don't think insurance needs to pay for your baby's birth, especially if there are complications or you need a c-section. Also they don't want to make insurance companies take care of any congenital diseases your baby might be born with. And even if you have a successful pregnancy and a healthy baby, you'd better hope you don't get postpartum depression, because they don't think insurance should cover that either.

I can't imagine why people suggest that Republicans are waging a "war on women."
