Every member of the GOP in Congress has to be overjoyed that it didn't pass by one vote, or in 2018 we'd be seeing every single one of those who voted yes being hit with ads in their district blaming them as casting the singular vote to take your health care away. Predictably it's already looking dead in the Senate so much like "Mission Accomplished", the GOP is once again acting like they've won far before this is over. Dems have been handed every break they need to flip the tables in both houses, now they just gotta make it happen which is always easier said than done with them.
