Winnipeg: Traditionally an undesirable location, Canadian team pressure, smaller town.
Calgary: Potentially an undesirable location, Canadian team pressure, younger team.
Carolina: Uncertain future (relocation talks/rumors have gone on for a couple of years).
Colorado: A team in full rebuild and in trouble from top to bottom.
