So in the first 100 days we are definitely in the upper quartile of potential outcomes here and therefore Trump has been a success. (graded heavily on a curve where not creating permanent damage to the world/democracy is considered a success)

I'd add to all of these that there seems to be a rekindled level of engagement amongst liberals regarding political activism, usually unseen in non-presidential elections. It remains to be seen whether it will be sustained or whether Democrats will do something to ruin it, but the foundation is there for some significant change in the political landscape. To me that's the biggest success... especially since pissing off the left was always part of his plan and one of his big selling points.
