I voted for Shinkaruk because I thought he was waiver-exempt for next season. Now that I know he's not, I think I'd change my vote to Kulak.

The problem is that it really depends on who else is available from other teams, and what McPhee wants for his team. The best available player isn't necessarily the best fit if he has his choice of 15 other identical players from the other teams.
