There's probably little chance he can avoid hitting Crosby. But there's zero chance he didn't take advantage of that. The NHL pisses me off. Why don't they do something to better protect the stars? Gaudreau injury a perfect example.
But losing years of Sid's career and the NHL not giving enough of a #### about it is ridiculous. Think the NBA would do the same with Lebron? Or how about the NFL, with the way they've actually adapted the rules and protected their stars?
So yesterday's play isn't suspendable right now, and I get that. But had they done their job five years ago, it would be.
