Lots of schools as mentioned. I dont use the lake myself though the kids do at times...but both are grown now and that has dwindled a bit. I might try doing some fishing their this year and that may change the perspective.
I have no desire to live inner city so dealing with traffic is simply the price of that. One thing I love about being as deep south as we are, is when we go camping, our RV is about 10 minutes away (on a farm in shepard) and we can head South out of town in no time...literally saves an hour or so vs heading somewhere North of the city.
With the completion of the ring road/Stoney in a few years, its going to be even better for getting around.

What are the yearly costs to the home owner for the Lake access in Midnapore/Sundance/ Chaparell?
