If he won't waive his NM and carefully selects his NT teams, Murray is absolutely in play. Pen would have to offer LV a lot not to take him, will have to deal him elsewhere, or buy out Fleury if so inclined. Will be really interesting.

I'm not sure of the buy out rule , but if there is a buy-out before the expansion draft ,there is a chance that Fleury and his agent could demand to be bought out or stay in Pitt. If Fleury continues to have a good playoff run, he could then get buy-out money and then a new contract without a hefty discount from another team. Could maybe end up with buy-out money plus a new 3-4 year contract with some good $'s.
