I want the Flames to get one of these guys, but there will be interest, the Pens are now in a very good position to deal, simply because both assets are desirable as number ones on any number of teams.

It doesn't change the fact that the goalie market is severely weighted to the buyer. Vegas can (and will) have one of them for free if no trade is reached. Every team knows that, so as good as MAF or Murray might be, every team knows that a 3rd round draft pick for one of the two is miles better than what they're about to get from Vegas.
MAF stock hasn't risen IMO, he does this all the time (and plays poorly regularly as well). Teams aren't looking at 32 year old MAF and just deciding to pay out the nose because he was good in the playoffs.
The best the Pens can hope for is a bidding war. Based on who needs a goaltending and the remaining availability of Bishop and other potential starters, it's extremely unlikely that it gets that rich.
