Drop kids, park at Park 2 Go or Park and Jet and take shuttle back. The walk from economy lot to the far end of the airport is far. Price is the same at the shuttle lots. Reverse upon return, get car and have kids and mom wait for pickup. Can slap in car seats (if you've taken them) without a cranky kid hovering and complaining.
ETA I've found no difference between shuttle lots. P2G is valet so you don't need to keep track of keys if that makes a difference. PnJ is closer and shuttle takes less time.
