In that case you would think he wouldn't take steps to try to skirt the existing abortion SCOTUS law and the will of the majority of Americans who are pro-choice (and if memory serves the majority of Ohio residents too, but I could be wrong about that). But I'm not arguing your central point which is that even if his principles aren't necessarily mine, they are honest principles and he seems like an earnest guy. When it comes to Republicans, he's what a "good" one looks like.
