Brouwer was terrible and non-existent for most of the season. Also, the Elliott move... he clearly stated that without both goaltenders we wouldn't be in the playoffs. That is true of all teams that make the playoffs. It was a good move on paper but did not work out for us, especially in the playoff's when we needed some critical saves to keep us in the game.
Even Elliott was able to accept responsibility for his play.
The coach was proud of special teams improvement. However, anything was an improvement over how terrible it started.
I'm not sure if I would rather not make the playoffs or make the playoffs and be swept.

He's not going to trash or devalue Brouwer publicly. I'm sure they are pretty frank in the player exit interviews and they let him know that they expect more next season as well they probably hope LV is looking at picking him in the expansion draft.
