I can tell you from first hand experience, no one works harder than Jordan Sigalet. The guy barely goes home. He's an incredible goalie coach and his promotion a couple of years ago was very well deserved. Get this guy a malleable young-ish starting goaltender and you'll see his work come through.

I could work hard and put in 100's of hours a week and still be a terrible goalie coach too. Effort and dedication mean nothing if you're crap.
Proof is in the pudding, and his pudding has been leakier than a sieve the last 4 games. He has 1 job, and has clearly failed at it.
