I don't think there's any sort of conspiracy.

I do however feel that officiating is much too inconsistent. I'd prefer they just decide what is and isn't a penalty and then be consistent in calling it. I don't care if it means 10 penalties on one team and none on the other - eventually teams would adjust.

I just hate seeing a few penalties on one team and then knowing the officials will even it up at some point.
