Gulutzan is not a good coach. Yeah, yeah, the team went on a great run after digging themselves a big hole to the start the season, but he clearly wasn't doing a good enough job during the bad start, and since the run ended, the Flames play has been mediocre. And now his biggest weakness is showing in this series, he's not a strong leader since this team's mental fortitude is cheap as a penny. When something goes wrong or doesn't work in their favour, they ALWAYS let the other team take complete control and end up winning the game.
#### happens. Good teams know how to handle adversity and stay resilient, and pull off tough wins. This team isn't capable of that yet - at least on a consistent basis - and the coach takes the blame there since his job is to ensure that they do.
