Yeah for sure. Total guarantee. The evidence is irrefutable - Millions did swear that one time. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe no one else has ever sworn before. Now, I've listened to Millions hundreds of times and sure, the voices obviously don't match... but I think we can all agree that Rog digitally manipulated his voice so he could talk mess about Dougie. Guaranteed. What other explanation could be possible? None that I can think of.
