Flames were undisciplined, concerns about the reffing are moot imo. Sure there were some missed and questionable calls but they didnt do themselves any favours.
That line change is absolutely the turning point. Up a goal and dictating the play, felt like the flames were even on the verge of getting another. To then gift a 3/4 on 0 is hilariously terrible. Team was reeling after that and then gave up the go ahead.
Despite that epic, epic screw up the flames still had a chance to tie it 5-3 and fumbled, followed by johnny not coverting on a gift to top off a brutal game by him.
Overlooked in all this is a fantastic game by moose, wasted opportunity.
Should be a good series. Hopefully realizing they let this one slip away makes them focus in the next game.
Overall a pretty typical game in anaheim. Yaaaay.
