One thing that hasn't been mentioned which is very important, in my opinion, is to make sure you are ok.

If you feel like you need to see a doctor, go get an appointment with your doctor and get checked out.

Property can be replaced easier than your physicial body components. You are more important than your car.

(or at least I am making that assumption)
