If Rozsival doesn't want to fight and his hands are down then he can't be punched in the face and shouldn't be expected to be punched in the face. When your gloves are off is the only time you should be expected to be punched in the face.

Seeing the punch coming or not is the pivotal fact that determines whether or not it is a sucker punch or not. Not being ready to fight while watching Ritchie telegraph the punch from the tenth row doesn't make it a sucker punch. It just makes you stupid for not trying to defend yourself after a player seeks retribution for a dirty play on a teammate. Answering the bell in the NHL is common on clean, hard hits let alone dirty plays.
It was dirty. Ritchie jumped him. It wasn't a sucker punch. If you chose to believe it was then you haven't read or understood the dictionary definitions of sucker punch.
