It makes no difference whether you see the punch coming or not. If I walk up to you on the street, shake your hand and then proceed to punch you in the face, and although you saw it coming does that not count as a sucker punch?
If Rozsival doesn't want to fight and his hands are down then he can't be punched in the face and shouldn't be expected to be punched in the face. When your gloves are off is the only time you should be expected to be punched in the face.
