I just read in the "red is a colour .." thread how Oilers fans were issued free orange t-shirts to create that colour effect for the playoffs. That's so freaking cheesy, especially considering they know that's been their arch rival's (organic) tradition for 30 years. And it goes without saying how much lamer free shirt giveaways are than bringing your own (and ours are mostly $200 jerseys..not that that's necessary, but it speaks to how our Sea of Red is infinitely cooler, and not artificial).

You guys gonna try to call your party street the Blue or Orange Mile again too for this run? Talk about having Calgary city envy..Edmonton isn't Calgary, just accept it and do your own playoffs traditions you copycats. Or has it been so long you forgot what they even were? This is why you're no good
