Yeah, it definitely depends on the lady. My lady drives cautiously...but has also hit a few parked items and has no idea where one would even go about refilling the windshield washer fluid, never mind checking about things like oil. Regardless of sex though, personally I think it's always nice to know who the driver is...you can get a pretty good read about how the car was taken care of.
It also depends on the type of car...I'd be much more inclined to buy a Golf Wagon without knowing the owner, as opposed to say a WRX or Mustang.
I dont think you have much to worry about corporate-car Golf.
