I agree that outdoor football is great but what do you do with the stadium when its under snow for 5-6 months of the year. They can pay for it because they have one of the highest property tax rates in Canada, second only to Saskatoon:

Montreal is no longer up there, for years they had the highest rate until the Olympic stadium was payed for.
