Have to assume that since Maile was DFA'd he would be out of options, meaning that the Jays would have to pass him through waivers to get him to Buffalo.

edit: According to MLB Trade Rumors, he was claimed off of waivers, but the Rays needed him off the 40 man roster and he still has options. So the Jays can stash him in AAA.
