This is exactly what I was thinking. Mysterious illness that comes out of nowhere. Now in the ICU for neurological problems.
This is far more likely than some weird concussion/stroke thing that comes out of nowhere on a young healthy man who routinely goes through physicals.
It's either that or Lupus.
