You do realize that this is what they may do to you at the RTDES hearing, right? I'm not going to comment about Pepsi's intention, but I would hope you re-read the thread and view it in a new light and consider organizing your paperwork when you go to the RTDES.

When dealing with some of these situations. If you have all your paperwork, neat and tidy. It's easy for the other side to give you some good will if you're polite and organized. If you're adding to the mess of a situation, it'll take forever and you might not get the result you want. I'm always a fan of making a summary and labeling my info. Makes it easy to pull out the necessary information if needed quickly and promptly. This can include emails (ie: Other tenants), signed agreements etc.

Put it this way. If you sit down, be polite, don't engage the landlord if they're being boorish and you might get the mediator on your side. As others have said, you might have to take the loss as a tuition fee in life. Be ready to accept that.
