'97 Golf (1.8L)

Bought it used about 5-6 years ago, long since paid off.

Insurance: Just under $80/mo.
Gas: $70-$90.

If I had to pay $500+/month for insurance (even $300+), I would definitely sell the car. That's effing ridiculous.
