Engelland strikes me as one of those guys that bring the glue to the room. He's a tough SOB that gives you a solid effort every night and he can be deployed in the bottom pairing without concern. In a division where we're still on the small side, I think you do all you can to keep him. He's going to have one helluva playoff beard too!
